Chef Mehdi has been creating hand-made chocolate treats since 1998 when he learned the trade under the guidance of his mother, herself a Belgian Chocolate Master. It is from this family tradition that Chef Mehdi gained the passion for creating chocolates that are works of art.He moved to China in 2003 and opened his first workshop in Shanghai during 2005. 

Chef Mehdi creates his chocolate masterpieces for Pralinor in a modern and well equipped workshop in Shanghai. He prepares well- known delicacies and typical Belgian recipes: from chocolate ganache to truffles and seasonal treats. Chef Mehdi uses only the finest imported ingredients and then masterfully creates an amazing array of tastes to astound your senses. All his chocolates are produced by hand using rigorously traditional methods.
